Stay Information in the apartment

Flora Apartments are located in the Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area, so we kindly ask you to sort your waste carefully. At the end of your stay, please place any waste that cannot be sorted in the container located on the main road, next to the recycling containers by the “Josefův Důl, Antonínov, Sklárna” bus stop. The container is marked “Apartmány FLORA”.

The water in the apartment comes from a private well. It is safe to drink but is not suitable for infants.

The property has its own wastewater treatment system. Please do not dispose of unsuitable items down the drains or toilets, such as wet wipes, sanitary products, fats, or similar waste.

Hot water is provided by a water heater. If the hot water runs out, please allow approximately 2 hours for it to heat up again.

We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.

A private storage compartment is available for your bikes, skis, or other equipment. Storage compartments for Apartments 1–4 are located in the small building by the car park. For Apartments 5–7, access is from the rear of the building via the footbridge. A boot dryer, available to all guests, is located just inside the main entrance to the building. Please do not leave your belongings in the corridor between the storage compartments or otherwise obstruct access for other guests. Please lock your storage compartment carefully. We are not responsible for stored belongings.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please use the outdoor areas for smoking.

An outdoor fire pit with seating is available on the property. We have provided firewood, roasting forks, a small axe, matches, and a lighter. Please handle the equipment with care and make sure the fire is completely extinguished after use.

A box of sports and outdoor equipment is available to borrow in the small building by the car park. It includes items such as footballs, badminton equipment, and children's balance bikes. The equipment is available to all guests. After use, please return it to its original place so that it remains available to other guests.
